Our classes are structured so that everyone can keep up, and we take plenty of time to learn the steps. Each lesson begins with a thorough review of the dance sequences without music, during which the instructor demonstrates and explains the movements at a slow pace.
Once our feet have found the rhythm, we turn on some music—and then we practice together! We repeat the dances throughout the season so that they quickly become second nature. It’s not about doing everything perfectly the first time, but about experiencing the joy of the steps and the music coming together. Our talented instructors teach dance with plenty of patience, humor, and enthusiasm, so you always go home with a sweat on your brow and a smile on your face.
We have classes organized by skill level, so you can learn the basic steps at your own pace or challenge yourself with more advanced choreography—giving you the opportunity to both take your first steps in dance and build on your experience.
As a member, you’re welcome to dance in any of our classes and choose the ones that match your skill level.
